For many people living in cities, weeks or months may pass without being grounded to the Earth in any meaningful way. Yet, from my experience, making the effort to intentionally spend at least 10 minutes a day grounded to the Earth has some powerful effects.

There has been a considerable amount of scientific research published in the last decade about how grounding yourself to the Earth is an effective way of reducing inflammation in the body and improving a whole host of physical and mental problems that plague highly developed countries.
