Procrastination is something we all deal with. But it’s tendency that must be conquered if you want to be a high performer and do what you love.

When you’re working or learning online, it’s easy to focus on doing the easier tasks (i.e. social media) and procrastinate on the harder tasks (launching a project) where your fear of failure and of not being perfect is the most intense.

I know it can be really hard to consistently push yourself beyond your comfort zone but it’s something that has to be done to live a meaningful life.

Fortunately, there’s an app for overcoming procrastination and I use it everyday. It’s called Procraster and I think it’s the ultimate anti-procrastination app for the iPhone. It not only helps you overcome your procrastination blocks, it also integrates your projects and tasks with Pomodoro Technique-style time tracking.

In this video, I’ll show you how I use Procaster.
